Mirath
An inheritance shared out, calculated and explained line by line.
mirath.zaleo.dev

What it does
Enter who was alive at the time of death and what there is to share. Mirath gives each heir's share as a fraction and in CFA francs, backed by the Quran, the Sunnah and the matching article of Senegal's Family Code. A zakat calculator is included.
Who it's for
Families preparing a division, and imams or notaries who want to check a calculation.
Three things to know
- Maliki by default
- The school followed in Senegal; Hanafi, Shafi'i and Hanbali can be switched on.
- Checked against 65 cases
- Solved cases from the Risala, Khalil's Mukhtasar and the Sirajiyya, recalculated on every update.
- Zakat in CFA francs
- Cash, gold, stock and money owed to you, with today's nisab.

Your data
The calculation runs entirely in your browser: no account, no server. The share link carries the case after the # sign, a part browsers never send.
What it doesn't do
Mirath calculates; it does not settle disputes. For a contested division, see a notary or a qadi.
